Paul is a Fellow Health and Safety Professional with over 20 years’ experience delivering strategic health and safety solutions to a wide range of industries.

Prior to founding Wessex Safety Services from his dining room in Bournemouth in 2009, he operated as a Principal Consultant and Project Manager within a variety of consultancy organisations and with Local Authority and the MoD.

Tim is a  Health and Safety Professional with over 20 years’ experience delivering strategic health and safety solutions to a wide range of industries, in particular the Construction industry.

Prior to working at Wessex Safety Services Tim has a background in Construction Health and Safety and Aviation experience.

Tony is a Health and Safety Consultant and Trainer who has experience in delivering health and safety consultancy and training solutions to a wide range of industries.

Prior to joining Wessex Safety Services Tony had a background in Environmental Engineering and Testing for a number of years. Tony then moved into the offshore sector conducting high speed boat trials for the MOD and other agencies, He also has a very vast experience in many construction trades giving him a great understanding of a variety of fields within industry.

Stuart is a Principal Fire Safety Professional with over 20 years’ experience delivering strategic Fire Safety solutions to a wide range of industries.

Prior to joining Wessex Safety Services Stuart had a 31 year career as a Firefighter and Fire Safety Inspector for Dorset and Wiltshire Fire & Rescue Service. He therefore has great experience in understanding fire behaviour and fire protection.
